Marvellous location in New Iberia, very close to attractions in the areas, like plantations and the Tabasco Factory Tours.

The hotel's location was convenient and central, with a friendly and professional staff always ready to assist with any request.

The location in New Iberia was nice, a short walk to other local shops and attractions, and there was more shopping available. the staff was professional. We enjoyed a rich breakfast with pork and smoothies, finding something for everyone.

The staff were caring, attentive. Loved staying at the studio suite with microwave, double beds. The breakfast was complimentary and varied, the check in was easy.

The hotel's location was perfect for our trip to the Tabasco factory, which was just a short drive away. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, taking the initiative to find us a suitable room when our original reservation was unavailable. We appreciated the spacious and well-lit suite, which made our stay comfortable.

We did have some negative experiences during our stay. The elevator on the third floor was out of order, causing a frightful incident where it dropped suddenly, scaring my daughter.

The units are spotless and huge with sofa bed.

I stayed at Hampton Inn in New Iberia for a wedding and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, from the room and bathroom to the ceiling fan. The housekeepers did a fantastic job. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options including freshly pressed juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
